Our pride and joy: Australian Wagyu Beef Tongue

    -

"Australian Wagyu" is a crossbreed cattle breed raised in Australia, possessing genes derived from Japanese Wagyu. The base of the tongue is cut thickly, and it's rare because only a few slices can be obtained from a single tongue. This tongue is incredibly popular for its crisp texture and springy bite! *Please note that this is a rare cut of meat, so we apologize if it is out of stock.
